Paying your business rates

You can pay your business rates in one of five ways:

On-line through this website using your debit or credit card - click the following link: Pay for it online
Direct debit - download and print out the form by clicking on the following link: Direct Debit Form.pdf
By phone using your debit or credit card - Our automated payment line 0151 356 6887 (lines open 24 hours)
By cheque payable to Ellesmere Port and Neston Borough Council and sent to the address below (post-dated cheques not accepted):

You can also pay in person at the council cash office at the address above.

The cash office is open Mon-Thurs 8.45am-4.45pm, Friday 8.45am-4.15pm
