you could be entitled to up to £75 per week for your child care costs if you have 1 child, and £105 per week if you have 2 or more children.
This benefit applies until the first Monday in September following your child's 15th birthday and 16 if the child is disabled. Your child care provider must be registered and be able to provide a copy of the certificate of registration, a statement detailing the weekly charge for each child and the period for which the charge relates. If care is provided by a school or local authority, a letter confirming this must be provided with the completed application form.
