Ellesmere Port and Neston Borough Council issues a variety of licences, registrations, approvals and permits relating to various activities and businesses.
We consider licence applications against criteria set out in the relevant legislation governing the particular area of activity.
Where appropriate, licences are issued with conditions attached and the council carries out inspections to make sure that the person or business holding the licence complies with those conditions.
