Premises Licences and Club Premises Certificates

Ellesmere Port and Neston Borough Council issues licences for:

Those that sell alcohol (such as pubs, hotels, off licences, restaurants, supermarkets etc);
Those that provide regulated entertainment (such as plays, indoor sporting events, live music, films, dancing, recorded music etc);
Premises that provide late night refreshments after 11pm (such as takeaways, restaurants, petrol stations etc).
Clubs are also able to apply for a similar club premises certificate.
