The Pioneers statue celebrates the canal builders who founded Ellesmere Port and was cast in bronze by Liverpool artist Stephen Broadbent.
Licensable activities are:-
a) the sale by retail of alcohol;
b) the supply of alcohol by or on behalf of a club to, or to the order of, a member of the club;
c) the provision of regulated entertainment; and
d) the provision of late night refreshment - hot food and/or drink between 11pm and 5am.
