The Pioneers statue celebrates the canal builders who founded Ellesmere Port and was cast in bronze by Liverpool artist Stephen Broadbent.
Ellesmere Port & Neston Borough Council owns and operates a number of pay and display and free car parks throughout the borough.
The regulations governing the use of the Borough Council car parks are set out in Traffic Regulation Orders. These Orders are made under the Road Traffic Act 1984
