The council is a direct provider of housing to over 5,700 households across the borough, which represents about 18% of all housing in Ellesmere Port and Neston.
As a landlord we provide a range of services to the tenants of those properties and to the surrounding housing estates. Nearly all of the services that the council currently provides are carried out by the authority's own staff.
