Housing - Tenant Participation
Tenant participation
Tenant participation is an essential part of customer care, allowing the council to stay in touch with tenants' views and needs. Participation takes many forms such as consultation on proposals, participation in decision-making, and giving tenants the opportunity to make choices. The Council believes strongly that to be meaningful, tenant participation must not be imposed, but must develop in the way, and at the pace, that tenants want.
