NEFTRA is here to help any tenant and resident who would like advice or assistance in any issue. We can also help you become involved in the council's decision making processes, or help you set up a tenants' and residents' association in your area!
We are all volunteers, and receive no payment or special treatment.
We have been working very hard with the council on the new tenancy agreement that you will all have received by now. This has taken quite some time, and tenants played a big part in making sure this new agreement was what WE wanted it to be. It's something we're very pleased with.
NEFTRA currently has an office in Ellesmere Port Civic Hall and are there each weekday except Wednesday from 10:00am until 12 noon.
