Help is available

Empty Property Repair Grant - Up to £ 1,000 towards essential repairs to help to bring a property back into use
Conversion Grant - to sub-divide vacant premises into residential units. 50% of eligible costs up to a maximum of £15,000 per unit of self-contained accommodation.
Decent Homes Equity Loan - up to a maximum of £30,000 available to owner-occupiers or owners of empty properties for major renovation schemes.

If you own an empty property, we would like to work with you to enable it to be re-occupied.
