Fit 4 Work: This scheme helps those with a disability, ill health or mental health issues find work. You will get one to one and group support and grants are available to help employers make the adjustments they need to employ you.
Make A Change: This project works mainly in the Stanlow and Westminster areas and offers a fresh start with up to date courses, well-known qualifications, use of the latest equipment and free childcare. Workability Plus: is a brand new initiative starting in Summer 2008 which aims to help local businesses to recruit local job seekers. Local companies and organisations throughout North Cheshire can benefit from free recruitment advice and support, access potential employee databases, gain advertising, publicity, and training with grants and invites to business events. Job Seekers in Ellesmere Port, Neston, Chester, and Vale Royal can benefit from free individually tailored training towards employment, help with interview techniques, costs, and confidence.
