| Mondays | 10.30am | Masonic Hall Car Park, Whitby Road | 1 hour walk to Stanney Woods. A lovely walk on good, level surfaces. Suitable for prams and wheelchair users |
| Tuesdays | 10.30am | Rivacre Valley Ranger Cabin, Rivacre Road | 1 - 1 1/2 hour nature walk. Please wear sturdy shoes. There are slight inclines on this walk. |
| Wednesdays | 12.30pm | The Links Healthy Living Centre, Civic Way, Ellesmere Port | 1 hour walk around Whitby Park. This walk is especially suitable for those wanting to start on the road to fitness. Suitable for prams and wheelchair users |
| Fridays | 10.30am | Ness Gardens Car Park | 1 hour walk. This walk takes in the river estuary and has some inclines. |
| * Saturdays (MONTHLY) | 10.30am | The Public Library Car Park, Neston | 1 1/2 - 2 hour walk at a faster pace. Some paths may be muddy. Not suitable for beginners. |
| Sunday 27 April 2008 | 2.00pm - 3.30pm | In front of Whitby Hall in Whitby Park | 1 1/2 hour walk. This walk gives you the opportunity to find out more about the history of the area. |
| Thursday 19 June 2008 | 10.30am | Thornton Road Stadium Car Park, Ellesmere Port | 2 hour walk. Ranger Led walk. |
