Vauxhall's factory at Ellesmere Port is to be one of four plants in Europe that will build the new Astra.

Changes to the way Planning Applications and Notifications are Submitted.
Ellesmere Port and Neston Borough Council are one of the few Council's who now use the Standard Planning Application Form (1App) which becomes mandatory for all councils within England from 6 April 2008. The 1App form replaces all existing types of planning application forms (except minerals) within England.
We will make the some of the new forms available for use from 3rd December 2007, although we will continue to accept the old forms until 6 April 2008.
After 6 April 2008 the standard application form, 1APP, will become the only legal way of submitting a planning application within England.

The Council encourages you to submit your planning application on-line via the National Planning Portal but alternatively you can download the Council's 1App forms below
