The Town and Country Planning (Fees for Applications and Deemed Applications) Regulations, 1989, as amended (2008), require that fees shall be paid in respect of processing of planning and advertisement applications. Fees are payable when applications are made to the local planning authority. You can download a copy of the regulations at the link below.
