The Land charges register is available for viewing at the borough council's offices in Civic Way, Ellesmere Port.
Information on the register is taken straight from our electronic register and our service allows search companies to obtain printed copies (for a charge) of both the register information and the planning history of the land in question.
Our duty is to ensure that the information we provide is accurate and has been verified and for this reason we can only allow viewings of the register by appointment with a minimum of 48 hours' notice.
We allow four appointments per day Monday to Thursday at the following times: 10am, 10.30, 11am and 11.30.
A maximum of five searches is allowed per appointment.
