Use the main menu in the left hand window to select Written Statement or Proposals Map views in the main window and also to view the Key and Inset Map list.
The Proposals Map is navigated via a 'Locator Map'. All map images contain invisible 'links', so when moving your mouse, wherever the hand pointer changes to a finger, you can click to access a different map image.
To zoom in on a map, click the relevant square. You can also use the arrows to scroll your way around the various maps. Return to the "Overview Maps" by clicking on the links at the top-right of the page.
The "pulldown" menu in the left hand window will jump to the relevant inset maps.
Use the links in the main menu in the left hand window if you wish to have a separate window displaying both maps and the text.
