We have held five special housebuilders panel meetings, in April and September 2007 and January, May and October 2008. These were attended by a number of national, regional and local housebuilders. The Panel have discussed key planning policy documents such as the Core Strategy, Central Ellesmere Port Area Action Plan and Strategic Housing Land Availability Assessment.
