Take a look at our gallery from the central Ellesmere Port photo competition entries - all sent in by you.

Back in April we asked you to send us your photos of the best and worst aspects of the Central Ellesmere Port area and offered a first prize of a £100 voucher from The Colour Centre in Whitby.
The winner was Kevan A Lloyd with his black and white shot of a row of soon to be demolished terraced houses. The runners-up are Sylvia Blundell, Brian Bailey and Pete Cofax. They each received £20 vouchers.
The judges were very impressed by the high standard of the photographs and the amount of effort that had been put in.
The Planning Policy and Projects team was very pleased with the response to the competition and feels it has been useful to find out what the people of Ellesmere Port like and dislike about the central part of the town.
This will help us to establish what positive aspects the Central Ellesmere Port Area Action Plan (one of a number of documents that make up the Local Development Framework) can build on, and what needs to change.
On the following pages are the winner, runners-up and a selection of the best other entries to the 2007 Central Ellesmere Port Photo Competition. You can browse the photos one by one or click on the 'All' link to see them all at the same time.

The winning photograph: "Condemned" by Kevan A Lloyd.
