A development brief has now been approved for a site for employment uses off Newbridge Road Ellesmere Port. The Cloister Way site lies between Newbridge Road and the M53 and is being marketed for industrial uses. Some of the plots have already been taken and the brief sets out the issues and design principles relating to the future development of the site.
The document has been through public consultation and was adopted by the Planning Committee on 11 January 2005. It now forms supplementary planning guidance and will be used to determine future planning applications on the site.
