You can view the draft Development Brief for residential development at Rossfield Road North. Peel Investments North Ltd has submitted a development brief for new housing on this site of about 18 hA. (45 acres). The brief follows consultation with the council's Planning Services. Outline planning permission has already been granted for 500 houses. The development brief sets out key principles for re-development, covering such issues as layout, design, access, parking and type of housing. Detailed planning applications on the first phases of development are expected shortly.
