The council is able to hire out skips for a seven day period
Skips can be supplied only to addresses within the borough of Ellesmere Port & Neston.
Current weekly charges (2008-09) are:

Payment for the skips will be required on delivery of the skip, we accept cash or cheques.
Skips positioned on a grass verge or road require a Highway Permit, valid for a month at a cost of £25.00. Permits can be arranged at the time of booking. To get a permit we will require the following items from you:
Skips may be booked up to a month in advance. Skip deliveries and collections operate between Monday and Friday. The service is not available at weekends or Bank Holidays.
It is not permitted to load skips with any of the following items
